Everybody Suffers

Trusted by Leaders Globally

Technology has opened up the opportunities to grow our businesses and improve our lives, but at the cost of an increasing expectation to always be ‘on’.

Positive sleep will give you clarity and direction to make better decisions so that you can regain time for the things that matter.

Sleep Better From Tonight

Sleep Coaching

Many people will describe themselves as either ‘Night Owls’ or ‘Morning Larks’. This seems to be a genetic fate, rather than a conscious fault. There are also physical things involved in Positive Sleep that are the brain, body, breathing, heart and dreams.

Mastering these and understanding how they uniquely affect you and your sleep could help you have more positive sleep, tonight.

Explore how sleep coaching could help you resolve your sleep issues and transform your life with a discovery call.

Speaking

Many sleep-deprived leaders don’t feel they have a problem, yet contradict themselves by suggesting that companies should do more to help teach leaders the importance of sleep.

As well as sharing my own lived experience of how Positive Sleep transformed my life, I can also deliver talks on three main topics:

  • 7 Tips For Positive Sleep
  • 5 Lessons From Sport: How Sleep Can Affect Behaviour
  • 22 Ways Leaders Can Get Better Sleep

Sleep Workshops

Workshops on Positive Sleep can help introduce the main themes, research, and tips on the real-world transformative effects of a better night’s sleep.

Positive Sleep workshops can be delivered online or in-person to a few or to many, as part of an employee engagement program or a ‘lunch & learn’ style session for leaders or staff.
